Kasaysayan ng console

32X arrived during Sega’s transition toward Saturn. It required a base Mega Drive or Genesis and additional cabling and power, rather than operating independently.[1]

Two SH-2 processors supported its software. Some titles also required Sega CD, creating a distinct combination of add-ons.[1]
